GeniSolve provides B2B automation and AI development services. These services are scoped and deployed on your infrastructure, with the aim of optimizing workflows and internal processes. Users may subscribe to our newsletter or contact us via form submission. Any misuse, reverse engineering, or resale of our solutions is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content

You may provide data, documentation, or access credentials necessary for service delivery. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We treat all client data with strict confidentiality and never use it for purposes outside the scope of the agreed service.

4. Intellectual Property

All automations, AI agents, code, and content delivered by GeniSolve remain the intellectual property of GeniSolve unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use the solution within the scope of the agreed service. Use of third-party tools (such as Make, Zapier, or OpenAI APIs) is subject to their respective terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or decline projects in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or non-payment. Once a project is delivered and approved, the client has one (1) week to report any issues. After this period, no revisions will be accepted unless a new contract is established.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are delivered “as is” within the boundaries of the defined project scope. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, nor do we provide refunds once project delivery is confirmed. The responsibility of long-term maintenance, unless explicitly agreed upon, lies with the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeniSolve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
